Description:
- Assists Housing Specialists in facilitating clients with permanent housing and Case Managers with their assignments, including intake meetings; assists with conducting resident assessments and social services.
- Biopsychosocial and other relevant assessments for supportive housing for applicable clients.
- Psychotherapy for clients in need of services and coordinate clinical treatment.
- Supervise an LMSW.
- Caseload ratio maximum of 1:27.
- Ensures readiness for audits by DHS, OTDA, and other Governmental agencies.
- Performs any other job-related duties, as required by the Program Director.
Qualifications:
Education:
- LCSW.
- Relevant experience of three to five years or more with disenfranchised populations; supervisory experience preferred.
Skills:
- Computer literacy; familiarity with CARES is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish desirable, not essential.
Salary Range: $50 per hour…two to three days per week
