About the Job
Description:
- Assists Housing Specialists in facilitating clients with permanent housing and Case Managers with their assignments, including intake meetings, assisting with conducting resident assessments and social services.
- Biopsychosocial assessments and other assessment tools for clients.
- Counseling for clients in need of services and coordinating clinical treatment.
- Caseload ratio maximum of 1:27.
- Ensures readiness for audits by DHS, OTDA, and other Governmental agencies.
- Performs any other job-related duties as required by the Program Director.
Qualifications:
Education:
- LMSW.
- Relevant experience with disenfranchised populations.
Skills:
- Computer literacy; familiarity with CARES is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish desirable, not essential.
- Assessments of clients using tools such as the Biopsychosocial instrument.
Salary Range: $70K-$73000
